EARTH DAY, APRIL 22ND      We are donating 5% of our sales to a number of environmental non-profits! Give 5% to Mother Earth is a collaboration between Hill Country Conservancy, Texas Land Conservancy, TreeFolks, Friends of Barton Springs Pool, Austin Parks Foundation, Urban Roots, and Clean Water Fund. We, along with many other local businesses, have committed to donate five percent of gross sales on Earth Day to these non-profits that dedicate their time and energy to making Central Texas a better place.

We provide fairly priced, wholesome vegetarian (with vegan options) food, and have shown vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike that veggie fare can be both flavorful and satisfying. We also have a wide array of tasty beverages. Our baristas are well trained and all of our coffee offerings are locally roasted, organic and fair trade. We are your go-to place if you are looking for quality food coupled with fresh coffee. If coffee is not your bag, we pride ourselves in providing plenty of other drink options (see the Food & Drinks section), including 25 different hot teas. We also serve beer, wine, Sake Screwdrivers, Sake Lemonades and Austin's best hangover cure, "The Leveler" (Guinness, espresso and chocolate). Happy Hour specials run daily from 3-7 pm. We think you'll find that there is something for everyone at Bouldin. Whether you seek just a cup of joe or a full meal, come on down and join the Bouldin community.
